Since forming Dick Lloyd Custom Homes in 1992, Dick and Joe Lloyd have broken the mold by building truly spectacular, one-of-a-kind custom home creations. They call themselves “niche builders,” but it looks like their company’s niche is quality construction and satisfied customers.
Dick Lloyd, Partner
Certainly no newcomer to the home building industry, Dick started at age 19 as an apprentice for a Chicago construction firm before moving to Arizona in the mid-’70s to attend Arizona State University. He returned to Arizona in 1985 to resume his career in land development, real estate and construction.
Joe Lloyd, Partner
Joe joined Dick Lloyd Custom Homes in 2000, completing the team of brothers. A graduate of Scottsdale College, Joe shares responsibility of overseeing construction of new projects.
