Our Production Homes
The quality that has become associated with the Dick Lloyd Custom Homes name is not limited only to their high-end, custom product–it’s found in their more affordable communities as well. We have built over 250 homes at the completed communities of The Pines at The Raven and The Pines at South Mountain.
Regardless of the selling price of the homes we build — whether it’s $200,000 or $5 million — it’s important to us that we deliver a well-built home and a good value.”
Dick points out, “The quality and level of amenities that we’re building into each of these homes is really on par with a semi-custom product. We just don’t subscribe to the sell-up approach to home sales. While we offer our buyers a wide variety of options and upgrades, our standard materials and allowances are realistic so that upgrades become buyer preferences rather than basic living requirements. Our standards distinguish our homes from others in this price range.” He continues, “Our grandfather was a banker. When we were young boys, he would give us four quarters and tell us to save three and have fun with the other. His advice stayed with us and we feel a responsibility to keep a cost-conscious eye open for our clients. Regardless of the selling price of the homes we build, whether it’s $200,000 or $5 million, it’s important to us that we deliver a well-built home on time and a good value.”
Another stunning example of the Lloyd brothers’ work, Montacino McDowell Mountain is a collection of 28 semi-custom homes in a gated community with four remaining lots from the $500s. This project features old-world charm nestled in a natural desert setting with city lights & mountain views.
