Dick Lloyd's early golf professional career often partnered him with successful businessmen, whose mentoring led to real estate sales, development and finally home building, primarily in golf communities. In the early development of Desert Mountain Scottsdale, he was a design and marketing team member for the Cochise Ridge Custom project, so it is not coincidence that the majority of his spectacular homes rest within this 8,000-acre private golf compound.

A builder's reputation is largely a product of the team he assembles. To Dick's credit, his eye for quality professionals is sharp. Alan Carlson, his Project Manager for over a decade, brings 35 years experience to the operation. His brother, Joe, joined the growing business in the mid-1990’s to manage the remodeling division as well as new project oversight. Today, Dick Lloyd Homes is a full-service builder, with roots in custom design.
